Each program includes a 3-step cafeteria plan, or an inclusive renovation program, consisting of scheduled semi-annual or quarterly maintenance.
- Step 1 (CTC) – Process utilizes a weighted scrubbing machine specifically designed for stone surfaces, a specialized brush and a proprietary combination of chemicals, proven over trial and error in our 20-year tenure in the janitorial industry, to clean surface tiles and grout lines to remove dirt, film and sealers.
- Step 2 (CTP1) – Process utilizes a weighted scrubbing machine specifically designed for stone surfaces, a specialized cleaning pad and a proprietary chemical mixture to thoroughly clean surface tiles, grout lines and baseboards to remove dirt, film, and sealers. Ceramic tile, grout lines and baseboards are sealed upon completion.
- Step 3 (CTP2) – Process utilizes a weighted scrubbing machine specifically designed for stone surfaces and a series of specialized cleaning and polishing pads that incorporate Alpha Clean’s proprietary chemical mixture. The service is designed to leave a high-gloss to the tile surface.
